Hello everyone and as always thanks for stopping by. These are the co-hosts for February 2020’s Insecure Writers Support Group brought to you by
Alex J. Cavanaugh and his team of co-hosts: Lee Lowry, Ronel Janse von Vuuren, Jennifer Hawes Catrina Constatine and Tyrean Martinson.
Then it's a good thing you made that trip. Even if you had to listen to cats opening doors all night long.
ReplyDeleteSounds truly inspirational. Congratulations, your book was just as amazing as you described!
ReplyDeleteWe had a cat who could turn doorknobs. I'm glad only one though.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad my cats are like Salem's Daughters. lol Then again...my cats are all boys. ;)
ReplyDeleteThat's a cool way to get a story idea. And proves that ideas are all around us.
ReplyDeleteI read Salem's Lot. It was a good read.
ReplyDeleteStory ideas come easy to me. The big problemo is I don't write them. I just spend a lot of wasted time spinning the ideas in my head.
I love the synergy of the elements that came together for your story. Inspiration really is everywhere, if we just slow down and take a look around.
ReplyDeleteGreat inspirations while having fun too. Happy IWSG!
ReplyDeleteHi Stephen - fascinating how that trip gave you so much towards your story in Salem's Daughters. All the best - Hilary
ReplyDeleteInspiration is all around us if we're open to it. And gotta love those cats for opening doors :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great story! Cats are so amazing it's no surprise they inspired you. I love them. :)
ReplyDeleteNeat inspiration! I'm slowly working on new stuff and not-so-new stuff.
ReplyDeleteI'm always working on a new novel. Whether or not it gets completed is a different story. Cool post. Happy IWSG!
