Hi everyone, I hope you all had an amazing and safe holiday week with family and friends.
We went on a short four day cruise from L.A. to Ensenada and back. We definitely have the cruise fever and are planning two more for next year. Make it three.
Here are a few pics:
Thanksgiving cruise to Ensanada. This time on Princess Cruise
A great way to watch Sunday football!
Now that's a big flag!
Had to laugh at the casino ATM. Withdrawals are recommended in increments of $100 with a $50 minimum.
Insert shameless self promotion!
Glad my kids are on a roll! They made up for the money I lost the night before. C'mon snake eyes!
Well, that's it for now. I'm still recuperating from the holiday. See you all on Wednesday for ISWG!
Yikes!! I must get a pic of one of the cash machines here - the lowest denomination shown is £200! LOL!! Gave me a shock the first time I used it (not to worry - there is a choice of "other amount" hidden in the bottom of the screen for people like me just wanting a tenner!) LOL!!
ReplyDeleteGlad your kids were on a roll though! LOL! Take care

Glad you all had fun. Looks like a fantastic cruise.
ReplyDeleteI bet that was a blast! And you didn't have to cook.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! And...those ATMs are really hoping for the big withdrawals! :)
ReplyDeleteThose ATMs weren't designed for my bank account. Thanksgiving cruise sounds interesting.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun (and too rich for my blood!)
ReplyDeleteHi, Stephen,
ReplyDeleteGlad you had such a great time on your cruise and enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend! After a grueling three weeks in Colombia, SA, I am more than happy to be back in the states. It was a real experience. I think EVERY AMERICAN should travel to an unusual country. You really learn to appreciate how lucky we are to live in the US.
Sounds fun, our local ATM will only give you funds in increments of $20 at a time, in other words you cannot withdraw $50.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a great time! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe cruise sounds like fun. My hubby and I haven't been on a cruise since our honeymoon, when we went to the Bahamas. Maybe we'll get the chance to do another cruise some day.
ReplyDeleteNever been on a cruise, can't see it happening for a few year, our little girl has special needs and I would spend the whole trip worrying about her. Maybe one day :)
